Four days facing the sea in Sinai — yoga, Buddhist philosophy, breath and movement
Four days of ease await you here
When the desert meets the sea, silence stretches in every direction. A soft wind wraps around us from morning to evening, and the sky moves through the changing colors of the day, from the red of dawn to the violet of dusk.
A retreat of reconnecting with ourselves, coming home to a new and more authentic companionship. Time to settle into a community of people who arrive to know each other, to hear, and to listen.
Alongside all this good comes a selection of workshops from the worlds of yoga, meditation, and breath, together forming an envelope that opens the heart, grounds us steadily, and brings deep breath with a wide smile.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space lies our freedom to choose.”
Viktor Frankl
The point is a moment to stop — to climb a high mountain and see which direction I want to walk my life forward. Sometimes the best step is a stop, or a retreat, to understand for a moment what is mine, what belongs to me, and where I want to continue from here.
We create a space of quiet to look at these questions honestly and with a loving heart.
Life researcher, therapist, student, and curious
I studied transpersonal psychotherapy at Reidman College, and later spent several more years studying Buddhist psychology. I am a certified rebirther, a mindfulness facilitator, and I work with somatic tools for trauma treatment.
Alongside this, I have practiced Buddhist philosophy for years, as a way of life.
In my work I combine two worlds: the developmental space of the therapy room, and leading retreats and therapeutic journeys.
In my personal life I live in Herzliya with my partner Roni. I surf, run, garden, and work with wood.
The therapy I offer holds depth and ground through an integrative view, a place to understand what is happening within, and to find how to meet it in life.
A yoga therapy instructor and a facilitator of personal-development groups through the path of yoga
My goal is to create a safe space that allows healing for every layer within you.
So that you can bring yourself into the world with confidence and strength.
I have walked the path of yoga for fifteen years. In the last ten, I have created developmental spaces, facilitated groups, and guided people individually through yoga therapy. I lead the ‘Havaya’ community, which combines retreats and teacher-training courses.
For me, yoga is a path to deep, holistic care across the different layers of a person.
